Many guests are wondering what to do with their travel arrangements and have concerns about cancellations or what they should do. Please know that if you cancel your trip we will refund your tour - but let us know! If you do choose to come to Maui we are 100% open and continuing our operations. We are committed to our staff, our local community and to serving you.

Haiku Maui is a special place, and we are privileged to call it home. Our prayers and concerns are with the families that have lost loved ones in the recent Lahaina wildfires. The team at the NorthShore Zipline Co. is collaborating with local relief efforts to make sure your donations directly benefit Maui Fire victims AND for the month of August we're matching all individual donations up to $100 per person.
